Pressure from market demand and regulator keep chasing automakers to evolve. Look at the new line up models from Range Rovers. They have came up with uncommon design and it suites well to the younger generation. But of course they have remained the design language on the new Range Rovers Sport but they have to implement a fresh new design to existing and new potential customers.
The pressure also felt by Mercedes Benz but instead of soften their G Class segment, Autoblog have confirmed that the new design will continue it looks today with widening the SUV by 4 inches and dropping its roof a bit.
They want to make sure when their customers need a luxury and off-road capabilities, they won’t turn their face to another alternative other than the G-Class.
